Reviews and Feedback from happy customers!

Just wanted to thank you for a lovely stay and all you did to make my daughters 18th special.   I also want to apologise for too many of us on one patio at 10.30, we did all go back as soon as we were asked by a member of staff.   We had had quite a few issues with the food in the blakemere social with a couple of the meals not coming and them having to make them separately – the manager did his best to rectify but this delayed us coming back to the area we had booked for a drink to celebrate her birthday. We had brought a bottle of champagne to have a little toast. When we got back for a drink we found ourselves in the pitch black as there was no lighting so headed back to our lodge for a drink. My apologies we got carried away with time. We would have brought some lighting for our gazebo if we had thought on

We have just had a couple of nights stay on The Paddock in our motorhome and we didn’t want to leave. Lovely well kept site, clean facility, friendly staff. We are a family with a 4 and 5 year old and found the play area perfect. Having the shopping village at the site with an extra play area, some rides, pet shop etc kept them entertained and we would definitely return. There’s also a shop on site, but for anything they don’t have there is a 24 hour garage 5 minutes walk which was perfect for us in the motorhome!

Lovely park/site – But all night long we were subject to barking/ howling dogs which seemed to be coming from neighbouring land? Kennels/hounds?? Hardly anyone got any sleep. Spoilt our stay unfortunately if this is a regular occurance, Maybe contact whoever is responsible? as it was quite unbearable. Thank you.
