Day 1: Welcome & Unwind

Early Check-In: Arrive from 2:00pm to unpack and settle into your luxury lodge. *

Tipi Gathering: Meet at Blakemere Village Social for cocktails and fresh pizza. * (Pre-booking is required).

Private Hideaway BBQ area: opt to reserve an outdoor area near the lodges instead. Bring a gazebo and fire up your own BBQ for a social gathering.

Pizza Delivery: Get fresh, wood-fired pizzas delivered straight to your door*

Party Decor: Add festive bunting and bows for £75. We handle the setup while you relax.

Evening Wind-Down: Return to your Hideaway for a dip in the hot tub and a restful night in your king-sized bed.

Day 2: The Big Day

In-Room Breakfast: Start with a continental graze box delivered right to your door. *

Restaurant Breakfast: Or head to The Village Restaurant for a hearty morning meal. *

The Ceremony: Take a short, scenic stroll over to Cheshire Woodland Weddings for the main event.

No Taxis Needed: Walk straight back to your luxury accommodation at the end of the night.

Day 3: Memories & Departure

Farewell Breakfast: Gather at The Village Restaurant between 9:00am and 11:30am.*

Group Seating: Relive the best moments together in a private, pre-booked dining zone.

Late Check-Out: Sleep in and head home relaxed by extending your stay. *

Please Note: This itinerary is a suggestion only. Blakemere Village Social and the Pizza delivery from the food court occasionally closes on weekends for private or special events. Please verify their current opening hours before booking your lodge stay to avoid disappointment.

Flexible Timing: Early arrival or late departure costs £20 each. (Subject to availability). *

Social Bookings: Please verify opening hours and book tables at Blakemere Village Social prior to your stay.

Pizza Schedule: Delivery is available Friday and Saturday until 9:00pm when the venue is open. Please verify opening hours before booking your lodge.
