We have a large camping area, The Meadow, at our park where you can set-up, sit-back and enjoy.

Camping spaces are limited on grass pitches with electric hook-up, so these are ONLY BOOKABLE OVER THE PHONE.  Please get in touch to discuss your requirements and we will help you to select the best spot to pitch-up and relax.

Please note that our tent area (grass pitches) is only open between Easter and the end of August (weather permitting) and can accommodate tents, car tents, folding campers, trailer tents, campervans and caravans.

We have a large amenities block with hot showers, toilets, disabled facilities, a family shower room with a baby change, a laundry room, a food preparation, and a dishwashing area providing you with all the comforts of home during your stay.

All prices per night include: 1 pitch with 2 adults & 2 children 12 years and under. Minimum 2 night stay on weekends / 3 night stay on Bank Holiday weekends.

Further Information
  • Arrival time between 1.00pm and 8.00pm
  • Departure by 12 noon
  • Please note, you must have permission from the Management before erecting any gazebos/food tents in the Meadow pitch area.
  • Gazebos/food tents are  NOT  permitted in our Play Area or Paddock camping pitch area.
  • Calor Gas is available from our on site shop
  • Wifi is available to purchase on site.
  • Please note that hard ground awnings pegs are also required (available for purchase from the on-site shop)
  • One car per pitch policy. Extra cars are free but must be parked in the car park opposite reception.
  • Charging of Electric Cars from the EHU bollards is strictly prohibited as this will overload/damage the 16amp on-site system.  Please use the dedicated charging points opposite reception.
  • There are separate containers for recycling bottles, plastic, glass, cans, paper and cardboard. Our main waste contractor also sorts and recycles over 70% of our remaining rubbish.
  • We will do our upmost to accommodate your requests however cannot always guarantee your preferred pitch choice
  • Please note that changes/amendments to bookings made could incur a £3.00 admin charge

“Great site perfect for couples or families. Our plot was very spacious with sun all day, we were in the paddock which we really liked. The nicest shower block, clean, warm and more than enough showers for how the site was occupied. “Exceptional site with great amenities. The facilities were brilliant.  This site was a real find!! Great amenities, everything had been thought about. Blakemere village next door absolutely adds to the charm of the. With the exception of the outdoors place which needs a bit of a revamp.  Absolutely nothing to dislike. Definitely would return.“

“Had a great stay recently at Blakemere Holiday Park, have not been since the site first opened nine/ten years ago. The site has had a great deal of investment in that time. Facilities are first class and all the staff are so helpful. Looking forward to staying again“

“Excellent stay from check in to end of stay. We received a warm welcome at reception with a thorough introduction to the site and its facilities. Our pitch was nice and flat so setting up the caravan was painless. We soon had power and water and waste water sorted with the excellent services. This meant we could have a cuppa before tackling the beast know as the awning. We have quite a big setup (8ft wide 26ft long caravan and full size awning) which leads me to our only down point. The length of the pitch combined with tighter pitches meant the car was a pain to park within the designated pitch area. We made good use of the shower facilities during our stay and I have to say they were always clean and tidy. The quiet time rules were well observed by the other guests on-site which meant noise, apart from a little road noise, was at a minimum. The site is handy for Chester and the Zoo and I would imagine other tourist attractions nearby. Best recommendation we could give is that we both said we’d be happy to to stay there again“
