Overall lovely weekend, we will definatly be going back.

This site is far the best we have stayed at yet, loads to do with great facilities.

We stayed here as we were meeting family who live 2 miles away and they work in one of the shops. So access was easy off main road. However, we found it very noisy. Traffic most of the night, especially motorbikes, also could hear planes. Hardly slept.

We live in a very quiet village in north York Moors so not used to traffic noise especially ay night. Realise this is beyond Blakemere’s control.

Otherwise a nice site.

We are, however, very sorry to learn that noise from the nearby road and occasional air traffic disturbed your stay and affected your sleep. We completely appreciate how noticeable this can be, particularly when you are used to the peace and quiet of a rural village setting. While these external factors are unfortunately beyond our control, we understand how disappointing it is when they impact what should be a relaxing break.

first time out in our motorhome everything here was fantastic staff extremely helpful site and pitch wonderful only stayed 2 nights but will be returning soon. amenity block superb clean warm couldnt fault anything

We’ve been coming for a couple of years and its a fantastic campsite. everyone is friendly. We tell family and friends about here and some have come and stayed.

Never visited Blakemere Holiday park before. Will definitely be back. The dogs loved the walks. The buffet breakfast was lovely too. Very clean facilities which is always a bonus.

Well maintained site.

This is one of my favourite campsites. The staff are friendly approachable and helpful. The site is very clean and very well maintained and the amenities block is excellent. It is particularly handy for us to make trips to Chester, Cheshire Oaks. We use the cafe, the restaurant, and The Wee Howff and find these facilities very handy. We used the Vale Royal Abbey Arms this year and too advantage of the 10 per cent discount available as a user of the Caravan site. There are various levels on this pub/restaurant but when boking a meal they will ensure that you will be in an accessible area for bar restaurant and facilities. The Caravan site continues to be a great favourite of mine and we do us the loyalty card.
