Our second visit. It’s spotless. Lovely pitches and loads to do in the village

One of the best sites we’ve stayed at in 3 years of touring.

 Lovely- friendly, clean, LEVEL!! Amenities ate really great,. Clean, modern. Showers are roomy -even a chair is supplied in each shower.. hairdryer, or plug if you have your own. Plenty on site to see and do.. great food places, micro pub, food deliveries, and all discounted if you ate staying. Loyalty program…woodland walks, lots to fo and see within very easy walking distance of park.. Really well thought out and planned site. Can’t say anything negative at all.

Great stay.

Excellent site. Loads to do and see. Staff were great and welcoming. On site facilities were very good and as a bonus a small brewery to top it off. Would have no reservation in going back soon. Very handy location on A 556 ,close to Chester and surrounding attractions.

excellent site.

we enjoed our stay very much especially the micro brewery we had pizzas on the friday which was vey tasty the facilitys were good stayed 2 nights all the staff very friendly will be back in the near future.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the best sites around, you will not be disappointed.

Liked: EVERYTHING, even WIFI seemed to be working fine when we were there.
Arrival was seemless, really friendly and helpful staff, fob given to open the barrier, really secure, pitch was huge and flat, getting awning pegs in was easy through the gravel, fully serviced including TV aerial hook up on Gold pitch, space between caravans is good, other caravanners all really friendly, a real dog friendly place, all dog owners were really mindful, of others, toilet/shower block is amazing, warm, clean, music playing, loads of showers, amazing hand dryers and even has little steps for children so they can reach the sink etc. and towel rails at the sinks for your towels, great touch.
We were on pitch 50 which is nearest reception on the corner, pitches start at number 1 nearest reception and appear to go round the Gold Woodland area clockwise, plenty of well maintained grass all around, huge dog walking area, playground behing the toilet block and a grassed area with benches, some pitches nearest reception have pcnic tables on the grass
All kinds of shops, antique outlets, small rustic pub (only open until 7pm weekdays, 9pm at weekend) and a restaurant on site, and a fairground which I think is open on a weekend, literally loads to do, check out their website, too many to list here, have markets on at weekends, plenty of places to visit in the local area, great pubs with great food, only 15-20 mins from Frodsham, UBER will pick up from the site if you need a taxi, food can also be delivered from local takeaways. There is a Waitrose local just before the entrance to the site too.
Overall probably one of the best sites we’ve been to, and only 40 minutes from where we live, so will definitely be visiting again soon.

Another fabulous stay.

We had another fantastic stay here for their opening weekend. Fabulous entertainment in the TeePee.
Fantastic site, clean, tidy and the facilities are second to none, they are kept pristine.We stay on a gold pitch which is brilliant and has everything you need.
We can’t wait to go back.

My wife said there were shut/locked doors in the ladies toilet.

Thank you for your comments. When the site is not full we do block off some cubicles. We monitor the situation and always open them at busy times. We hope to see you again soon…

Second visit for us.

Fantastic weekend! Kids loved the park and fun fair rides. Dog loved the enclosed dog run and was great to be able let her off lead. Definitely go again!

Excellent value for money love this site.

 Lovely well kept site , facilities so clean. Nothing too much trouble at reception. Felt secure with fob controlled gates.
Lovely pitches peaceful and well maintained. Lots of information on surrounding area and places to visit. So dog friendly.
